Cheers everyone.. I am exercising more than ever before. I swim nearly every day and I am running on my treadmill once or twice a week.. plus I have a vicious personal trainer who comes to my house once a week... so I feel my current weight loss is due to exercising and not by the volume of food I am eating. I think I will start a food diary which I can take with me to my appointment next week. Hopefully, I can turn this around .... thanks again everyone for your support..

I think taking a food diary is a good idea. I kept one religiously for the month of January but when my dieticians appointment was cancelled I kind of gave up. I must start again. I meant to say well done on your 60 lb loss in my last message. Well done.
