Well my dietician just rung me and I am on crunchy food now Pringles here I come!!! (joke) feel better now I have spoken to her and got my 1st fill 16th dec, and 2nd 18th jan... So things are moving slowly but surely, can't wait xx

Hey sue how are u?! Realised it had been a while since I'd been on and knew u'd be at same stage as me' (ie relying on willpower now that I've healed!). My first fill is 17th then 2nd in jan so hoping to get proper results then. Back to exercising well tho and feeling good. 7 pounds down so far. I can't look at a pringle now without thinking of u! Good luck with your fills ladies. Bearing in mind, we are all different and our providers have different policies on fills. The fills should help ... but they probably will not do all the work for you in the early stages. My first fill was 7mls then 1, then 1 and if I am honest, it has taken me three fills to get to the level of restriction I have now, which definitely really helps. Some providers fill even less than mine, at a time, so you may have to rely on counting your calories / watching your diet initially too. How exciting for you ... really wish you all the best. Its great as the weight continues to drop off

Ah ah I am the same with the pringles, 7 pounds is amazing. I delayed my first feel but now going on Saturday, so hopefully like u things ll start going again. Although I have been loosing small amount but regularly so very happy. Keep up the good work everyone xxx

Hi crazycat well I am not doing too well just chilling put till my fill then watching what I am eating, can't get my head around it so really hope the fill helps, getting mine on fri x

Hi sue, I know its hard but do maybe write down everything that u eat which might help u getting to grip with things. My dietician did say it ll take several adjustment before u get proper restriction and once u do u want to have ur head in the right place... sorry for the harsh words I just don't want u to get upset if things don't improve after ur first fill... lots of hugs xxx
