im doing ok i hate every min of it though
i have now lost 10 pounds so i guess im doing it right .
i have my pre op today and if all goes well then i will have surgery on saturday x

Thats really good Louise, I bet it is really hard though. But as you say 10lb down so you gatta be doing it right, and sticking to it!!! Good luck today I hope it does go well.xxx
