So, what can I expect?

I haven't been able to meet him in person as he is on paternity leave (bad planning by my hospital not to have a backup!)

Anyway on Tuesday night we are skyping, and advice on what to ask, what he should tell me etc?

Ask about his personal sucess rate
explain how he carrys out his surgery to you
recovery time
pre op LSD (if any,as some dont) what options do you have ie milk diet, low calorie etc
post op care
how does he/ the team support if you have complications and how long does that support last as part of your package
contact details if advise is needed out of hours
are you able to speak to past patients regarding their treatment with this dr?
I get this questions by reading others on here who have gone down the private route
im sure others will add to the list
