I all , I am three weeks post op (sleeve) and just wondering if we can have a hot options drink they are only 38kcal each

i had a bypass and i was drinking them from the beginning... hopefully someone else who has had a sleeve will answer your question soon xx

Yes you can right from the start. Make with milk to get your protein in.

chocolate cherry

These are lush made with milk x
