vamp u know me from old and im telling you that it sounds like your completley shut down i know as ive experienced this . get the band de filled asap, i was like that and when the saliva has no path way neither does water and you will dehydrate very quickly, how far away is your providor from where you live ? as u need this sorted soon.

please reply asap.

the only other advice i can give if your providor cant help today is go to a&e tell them what kind of band you have and they might have a correct huber needle for your port, please let me know what happens hun as i know what this is like.

im soooo glad your sorted, as i know how it feels and the sheer thirst is unbearable, i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy, stick to fluids for a while so your pouch can recover as it will be very sensitive right now from the wretching.
