Post op yogurts

Hey guys I have really really struggled to find any yogurts that are suitable post op bypass. I have looked at tones in the supermarket and they all have either too much fat or too much sugar (more than 5g/100g).

Does anyone have any suggestions??

I like Total 0% fat Greek Yoghurt. I also tried smooth Weight Watchers yoghurts but I found them too sweet (sweeteners). As I had bought 4 packs of four, I've been stirring the WW yoghurt into the Greek for a not so sweet mix.

Hope that helps.

Hiya Fuze - I use the 'Little Stars' small childrens pots of From Frais - all natural fruits, no additives etc..they do the real fruit jellies too. Nurse said they are fine and they are really scrummy! How are you getting on?

Yes Fuze how are you getting on? Wow it came round fast when you were starting your pre-op and now your post op! Have you hopped on the scales yet?

Im just a little worried about the sugar content of some of the ones suggested, I have checked many of them and it is above 5g/100g. Should I be this anal about it or just try a few out??
