Bought this two weeks ago. I use it every day for 6 mins, and honestly feel the bingo-wings are reducing at last. Measured today and lost 3 inch of both arms.

Sorry for late reply. I bought it from Argos for £19.99, if you put in Powerspin it will come up. Its round with a ball inside, takes some getting use to with your left hand, otherwise ok. Also comes with a DVD.
