I had my consultant appointment today (Mr Hayden at Spire Leeds) and if all goes to plan I will be getting my sleeve done in October. I'm getting very excited and it's so close. I have got a proper date yet but that was the estimation.
So for all you sleevies how long was it before you were back up to full fitness? I have 3 kids and a job to get back to. Expecting to take 4-6 weeks off from work so that's covered but my dh starts a new job mid-October so it's really unlikely he'll be able to get any time off to help out. He will sort the housework/washing etc when he's home. My mum and mil I'm sure will help where they can. I'm just worried about the day to day with 3 children to look after.
When could you drive again?
