Glad hubby will be home for you don't fret about blip but get straight back on band wagon. Watch it though you can do it. Which pre op r u doing? Is it milk one? Where r u having.it done? Hi ya x I'm doing the no carb no fat diet. My hodpital is the Nuffield in jesmond Newcastle upon Tyne x x I'm in and out in a day

Two days today and I tell u I have struggled. I've kept away from fatty foods but I haven't lost weight - I have lost inches though. I'm so disappointed in myself that I feel sick.
