omg i can never imagine this lolMy weight has been near enought stable since the begining of September and I was happy with that.
BUT low and behold I managed to lose 5lb this week
I am having a tummy tuck and hernia repair later this month and its predicted that I will lose approx another 7lb which will make my BMI around 22
I really don't want to lose anymore than that.
But my body might think differently.
I saw the dietitian this week and her words of wisdom were
"well it looks like you should try to eat more now"
After being told for years
"You need to eat less and move more"
It came as a bit of a shock. I can tell you![]()

I have been one of the lucky one's that hasn't stalled
BUT i have struggled with eating and dumping
My problem is starting to lose not stopping, lol :cry::cry:
