Question for the ladies

I figure someone has to ask this question!

When the weight starts to seriously come off, how does it affect the nether region?

I've had two kids and things didn't go back as it is, I'm worried that all will be lost forever.

Nothing is the same after childbirth but things do get better after wls!Less padding to numb the sensations is great.Stimulation and orgasms much more satisfying!
