Question re fluid amount post op

I've just made some soups for the liquid stage post op and split them into small pots for freezing. The pots are 150ml. Is this about right for a soup portion post op?

Kay post op i could manage 1/2 a tin of soup which was a 454g tin.... If it's not enough it's not such a biggie to defrost another if you feel you can manage it xx

Kay it varies a lot I think, from person to person and from day to day. There are still some days where I can't manage 1/2 a weetabix! At first I could manage about 4 spoons, but now I could manage a small bowl....and thinner soup more than that.
I used ice cube bags. If its too much, it won't break your heart to chuck a bit away. If not, you can do another one.
It's getting exciting. Any news yet?

Charis is right, some days post op, i could manage a full tin of soup in one sitting, somedays i would strugge to have half, sorry i am not very helpful Karen

I used to have half of one of the small weight watchers tins for the first month or so x

Thank you everyone.

Well I have made up 29 150ml pots of various homemade soups. Hopefully that will see me through to when I am fit enough to make more :D
