I have not been loosing weight as fast lately I have moved on from liquid to creamy liquids for the 5 days and it seems like I'm not loosing I'm working out everyday. Did anyone else have a time when they started loosing less.? I'm getting discouraged and upset. Please help
 
your at that point, when your body is thinking whoa whats going on so it trys to keep everything.
Its called a stall it will quicken up again and you will probably have more than one i have had about 4 or 5 stalls they last about 3 weeks xx
 
Im afraid lots of us do get stalls early out, like Nadine says your body is probably in shock and holding onto every calorie you put in....its called starvation mode and it will pass :D XX
 
At the moment, concentrate on recovery rather than weight. That will come later. Right now, heal slowly :)
