Really hope this clot breaks up soon

My chest is in so my pain atm. I have a blood clot in my lung due being immobile after the surgery as i'm disabled. Its so hard to breathe and even though i'm on the clexane its still really not feeling better yet. I still seem to be smiling a lot though. Maybe its the knowing this is the hardest its going to be.
