Cheers everyone for your comments...a quick update, work have approached me to try going back as a phased return. Not sure if I am ready but well i am giving it a go, and if not the gp as said she will step in and give me another note.

Hi craftygirl, i have been off work for will be 11 weeks i to have no energy but i don't think its to do with the op as more to do with your body needing more energy than what you can put into it. I think eventually things will settle down its just takes more time for some than others. Just take it easy if returning to work and take it slowly hugs janey
