just in from seeing mr jambulingam (my wl surgeon) and he's happy with my progress so he's signed me off his books ...............all done and dusted but i'll have to keep in touch with the dietitians. no weightloss or gain over christmas so i'm happy with that (mind you i've gone down another trouser size ) tata for now
