hi just started my pre op diet of yoguart an milk can u have yoguarts that say low in fat ? or do they have to be fat free ? thanx in advance x

I stuck to fat free (lived on muller light yoghurts and also their new greek style versions) some diets say low fat, (ones like weightwatchers etc) some say fat free . . .check with your provider regarding what they say, but it was Muller light all the way for me
