Hello everyone,
Just a quickie really!
I'm 10 weeks post surgery and I started going swimming last week for the 1st time since surgery.
I was going prior to my op at least 3 times a week.
I have also got a crunch bar so I can do sit ups which I started this weekend.
I know I have done them cos I can feel in my stomach.
I'm just hoping that sit ups is ok at this stage cos now panicking a bit!!
Typical me do 1st and ask later !!
I just really want to know what I can do to start toning up and reduce me needing more surgery and all the excess skin x
