Slim fast

Ok is it just me or do slim fasts have a vile after taste? Really yeasty like stupid diet pills?

So far ony tried raspberry crush - wont be doing that again lol

Thank god for that lol guess I'll be doing the milk and yogurt pre op diet after all - any things better than slim-fast blurgh!

I did not no the milk diet before my gastric band I did the protien, green veg, no sugar jelly, fruit and water diet. The Hospital group does have other diets if you do not get along with milk and I don't.
I could not have done the liquid pre op and thank goodness there was an alternative!

I've been taking Asda Measure Up meal replacements and only use Slim-Fast for the little snackettes they make which are great. No funny aftertaste with Measure Up...maybe it's just my unfussy palate

I find all shakes like this absolutely repulsive, even the thought, let alone the smell of one makes me heave. Blegh!
