I went to the gym. I really didn't want to bother this afternoon but I got off my bum and went. And liked it

A funny one today. I took out my work trousers to put on, pulled them up and realised they were my old ones that were falling straight off. So I got both my legs in one trouser hole

It's a scale victory but one I really want to shout about. I reached 5 stone lost today. I am blown away.

I made it to onederland!!!! I'm 198lbs this morning. Leaving my ticker for a little bit to enjoy reaching this target before I set it for the big 100lbs since op.

I don't ever want to see myself in the 200's again. Wls made this possible.
