just wondering if anyone has been and if its worth the £39 a month they are trying to get out of me! i'm at the point now where i feel ready to start doing something (and if i'm honest i like the fact they have a set of toning tables and a spa type facility ) but i'm intruigued have any of you lovely lot had any dealings with them, do i tell them i'm post op, am i going to get judged by the skinny minnie lycra brigade? ahh decisions decisions!

£39 is a bit steep. You should be able to get a referral from your docs to go to gym. It's for Temple Park Leisure but at least it's free ;-)

ahh never thought about that one! sounds like a plan to me although i do like the idea of all the classes at springs in the mornings best to start out slow i keep thinking i'm wonderwoman!
