St Richards

I am so excited. I have been a patient patient and at last my referral has been received at St Richards (I was unable to go to another hospital for various reasons). I have been waiting over a year, with funding approved for the referral to be sent as their list is/was closed.

Christine phoned me last week to say she needed another form completed and she was posting it to me. Fingers crossed I will get my first appointment soon.

Hope you don't have too long to wait Fizzy. I think the waiting lists are getting shorter. They certainly seem to be getting through people quickly. You will be in good hands there. I can't praise the staff highly enough. I would even go so far as to say I miss them!

Thanks Spikeyjaycee, that is most reassuring. I can't wait to get my first appointment - I am so excited. I know they will try and get me done within 18 weeks as I am a test patient.
