Stalling

oh - I HATE stalling.

Been stuck in a rut - and actually gone up 2.5lb last 2 or 3 weeks - though I'm pretty sure most of that is likely water retention :-(

I've not been doing anything wrong - it's just stubborn and not coming off.

Decided on Monday, to go back to basics. It's making a big difference already !

Melon for breakfast, home made soup for lunch and soup for tea... carrot sticks or more fruit in between. The 2.5lb has come back off already and I FEEL a lot better altogether.

Fingers crossed a week or two of reining things back to basics breaks the stall ....

neither have been making a difference. Been back to veg and and home made veg soup this week - trying to break it.

Hooray Hooray - down 4lb since Monday (so 4lb in 4 days). I'll go back to high protein / low fat/ low carb next Monday.
