sheeeeeesh my pre op favourite venti caramel cream frappuccino with whipped cream (of course!) is 409.4kcal, at the minute thats not far off what i'm eating in a day! no wonder i'm the size i am lol

For those in Starbucks without internet access they do a pamphlet with all that info in too.

I personally used to go in around 3 times a week but always had a skinny latte (apart from the times i had a skinny caramel macchiato...drools) and was gob smacked at the calorific values.

But once in a blue moon isn't a sin, and i do love a skinny latte xx
