Stomach excercise?

Six Month Post Op
I am 2.5 years post op and was told by Dr Chris my surgeon straight after that i shouldnt do any sit-up or crunches as its put direct strain on my band..

what are the best stomach excercies that i can do to get rid of the my little spare tyre?

i have been doin kettle bells but just wanna know if anyone else got any good ideas so i can get flat tones stomach? xx

Have u tried zumba, it's a brill exercise for all yr core muscles, I have it at home on the wii ready for when I can exercise as I am only 10 days post op, but my friends have lost quite a few inches by doing it regularly :) xx
 
what about pilates? its strengthens the core muscles - not sure how it would work with ur band as I have had a bypass
