sorry lots of questions today

what is the recommended sugar intake I just had a fat free yogurt and it says carbohydrayes 7.2g of which are sugar 6.8g sugars naturally from milk 4.1g I am baffled
 
recommended no more than 5g per 100g (source is irrelevant, although you may dump easier on refined sugars).

I was also told no more than 15g in the portion you are eating, so if having more than 300g of something would need to be careful.
 
the yogurt had 165g in it I seem to be ok lol just gonna take ages get use to everything
