Hi Billyfun... if my memory serves me right, you are doing milk diet for quite a while.... I think I asked you in a thread ages ago, but cant find it!!!! Why are you having to do it for such a long time? If Im being too nosey, just tell me to bug ger off x

no worries, six week milk diet before op on 6th Jan, op got cancelled on 6th Jan new date for 28th Jan given so stayed on the milk diet as I couldnt trust myself to behave.....
and its simple to follow, and I'm a man so simple is good
