My god am i struggling this weekend with all the chocolate laying around, i am carrying on like something possessed. I know that weightloss is a long hard journey but this year seems to be harder than others. Is anyone else struggling like i am?

yeah - but im on the pre-op milk and yog diet, so everything is torture!! My son, has about half a dozen eggs to eat, and mammy cant help! boohooo!

i had an egg this year was given 2 ate 1 n half over the weekend and gave rest to my daughter i just love my choccy to much lol tomorow have a nice long bike ride planned to kick start an over indulgent week ending

gonna have half an egg tonight while watching madagascar 2 on dvd with my son :D

My sons got loads of them and I'm thinking ummmmm I might nick a bit of one to have a suck on ;)

I have a huge chocolate egg with flakes that my hubby bought me sitting up in his office, knowing it is there is torture. I cant even have a flake off of the flake as I had a band adjustment yesterday and am on a liquid diet till Tuesday afternoon. I know how all those pre-diet, post op people are feeling. I nearly convinced myself that I could melt the chocolate by sucking on it long enough to get it into liquid form, but decided against it, and have managed to hold out so far, but it is not easy:wave_cry::wave_cry:. take care

Same here Jayne! I have made my girls put their eggs away where I can't see them.

I am planning a faggot mixed with a teeny bit of mash and gravy for my first sloppy! How sad are we?! lol!

Not an easter egg in site here bought my son some hew bike jeans instead of an easter egg mind you would of been a lot cheaper £110 for his jeans. Got a phone call off one of his mates earlier to say they were coming round for a bbq could they come at 5.30 and get it started so iy was ready for when my son got in from work. So i had my tea made for me and they cleared up befor going out in town. Our house has always been the meeting house as its central for everyone.
saying that im forever coming down in the morning to find bodies in the lounge when they have been out as well.

I have had an egg...it was bloomin yummy and I don't feel guilty at all.

Normally pre-op I might have eaten 10, so 1 is pretty normal I'd say.

:D:D

Ohh faggots! I didn't think we would be able to tolerate those!!
Ohhhh with gravy and mash mmmmmmmmm ............sorry!! Doing a bit of a Homer Simpson here!! LOL!!

faggotts and mash so good right now. the dog keeps running pass me really quickly, fraid that I might start chewing on his leg lol:eek:. 56+ hours on a liquid diet, and 17 + hours to go(yipee). I think faggotts and mash are ok to start a sloppy food phase of your diet, you will just have to mash the faggotts down finely. Brains ones should be fine because they are really soft when cooked. I wouldnt get the fresh ones from the butcher if I were you, not just yet anyway. I dont know how I ever managed the pre-op liver shrinking diet and I did it for 21 days (omg). Anyway, on the home stretch now. take care MNL:p

How long are you on the pre op liquid diet for? and do you have to go back on it before you have a band fill? I am waiting to hear about an appointment to see the consultant in birmingham for the first time so as much info would be great. Well done to you all for your continues weightloss over this difficult time of easter.... X
