I managed to negotiate an all day appointment at a wedding and a day at a rock festival sober at them both obviously. my poor friend who is very slim ended up drunk & fit to burst as she drank all my wine & my food was getting shoved on her plate every opportunity.. I'm now officially her feeder!! Ha x

Lol! Good for you hun, glad you're doing so well!

Before my op hubby kept calling me a feeder because I was doing him what I thought were small meals but now I've had my op I know what small meals really look like! lol

Thanks Karen I'm back to work Thursday so fingers crossed the energy continues I think my body is used to little calories with all the silly fad diets I have done in the past.
Oh I know what you mean about small meals.. Half a ramekin dish!! How's your journey going? Xx
