Hi, I have my triple appointment on the 25th october and was wondering if everything goes fine what happens next? I am having my surgery at luton and dunstable.

Hello there
Some hospitals work on the rule that once you have been given the ok and put on the list for surgery they have 18 weeks (atm some are 26 weeks) to do the surgery in, not ALL hosp work by this rule tho. I wasnt at ur hosp but I waited about 13 weeks for mine (onCe placed on the waiting list) and then was called in 4 weeks earlier due to cancellation (even tho they told me there was no such cancellation list) lol , but needless to say I was glad it was earlier rather then having been delayed.
