Twelve month update!

Cannot believe a year has gone since my bypass at Sunderland Royal! Mr Balapuri saw me last week in clinic and was pleased to say my BMI was acceptable at 26. Since the initial seminar when I was 21 stones, I have now reached 13 stones 2lb - a loss of nearly 8 stones! It has been far from easy, but certainly worth the effort. To all those members who are finding the journey difficult, please persevere, you will never regret it. If I can ever be of any help or assistance to anyone, please get in touch - Paul xx

wow paul that is great. You might be sorry you offered help lol. I have my op on the 31st and am on liver diet at the moment. Can't say that i am finding it easy but for the first time in my life i have not cheated on a diet, so that's a big achievement already for me. x
