hiya,ive been given permission to start my puree stage 1 day early,im 3 weeks post op..for breakfast i have a actimel,lunch i had 2 teaspoons of humus and a cheese triangle..i now feel so yukky n bloated that i dont think i could stomach anymore today,could i have a liquid dinner??X
