UNDER 200 pounds at last. 6 months gone and stone stone off

I just wanted to share my news. I am now under 200 lb.

6 months post op and 6 stone down. I couldn't be happier.

My hair loss has now stopped. That was really worring me. My hair is now fine. It started at around 3 months and lasted about 2 months. My advise was to up my protien and extra vits.
