Hi guys, just thought I'd share some information for anyone struggling with nausea whilst taking vitamins. I was given Forceval post surgery which in all fairness are that big I wasn't sure which end they were for!!! Anyway they make me unbelievably nauseous and I couldn't stand them anymore so I went to Boots and spoke to the pharmacist and apparently it's a common problem, so after much research the Boots A-Z complete have got the nearest stuff to what's in the Forceval. They are great, I take half morning half night and I'm not nauseous at all. Think it's better to have something rather than avoid taking the others because of how they make me feel. Hope it helps you if your struggling too xx
