Vitamins!

Hi all, I was just wondering what vitamins you take on a daily/weekly basis?

Im only taking a multi-vit tab a day as this is all I was told to do, but I've read a lot that we should take more than this, so I'm panicking that my body isn't getting enough of what it needs

Hi Sara, I take 1 Forceval Capsule each day they are a mutivitamin and mineral complex you have to get them from your doctor.

i just take the multivitamin the hospital gave me for now, and i have that on repeat at the doctors. when you have your 3 month check they will let you know if you need to take anything else... when do you have your check up... i had surgery on 25th november and my follow up appointment at the hospital is not until 24th Feb xx
Wait until you see your specialist before taking anything else as you can also overdose on certain vitamins xx
