God that's quick south beach,your flying thru the proceSs, mine slower,seminar dec 11,dietician april12, surgeon appt not til feb 13! And had lost weight from seminar to deitician appt so wasn't given a weight loss target just got to maintain, but I've lost a little more x

Shouldn't be too long now then ladies. My seminar was Dec 2009, was referred by gp in JUne 2009. 2st app was April 2010, sleep apnoea test and machine given Jan 2011, endoscopy Jan and then March 2011, put on list finally got call in JUly to say prov booked Aug 20th, pre op 9th August, op 20th August 2011. At the very start 24 st 11. Now down to 14 stone 7lb today. xx Good luck x
