The hospital gave me a sick note for two weeks! on the day I was leaving....

thx every body, i did have a sick not they have now said i will get two days ssp... after a battle for that....

I arranged for my GP to provide a sick note, but he would only issue it on the day of surgery, so I arranged for a family member to collect it and post it to HR for me. I told him how long to do it for lol.
