Weight gain straight after op

Had my op on Wednesday and today I'm 4 pounds heavier than when I went into hospital? Surely that's not normal? Only water has passed my lips since Tuesday? I'm worried

Entirely normal, fluid retention. I couldn't get my rings on for days and they were too big pre-op. It will pass.
