i was 16stone 3ibs before surgery i lost 10ibs before surgery i now weigh 13 stone 3ibs

ive found it really good been sick twice but i know thats because i ate to quickly and didnt chew properly i dont think ive experienced dumping but if i have it hasnt been that bad can eat most foods and at last can drink a proper mouthful of water instead of sipping all the time. i do feel hungry sometimes but a small amount of food stops that so far so good although i carnt stop weighing myself and have noticed the scales havent moved for nearly 3 weeks long way to go yet.
