well I'm back hoping that I can get control of things again
where do I start I am nearly 4 years post op and I am struggling...... when I had my op I said I would never put on weight again or eat crap that caused the problem in the first place ....... oh how stupid was I ......... so fed up and angry with myself I cant believe I've been so stupid and let it happen again

I'm 6 yrs in sept...and Ive put weight on,is never thought I'd allow it to happen but it has!
It's a constant battle..

Welcome back hunni unfortunately its always going to be a battle.... i'm 2 years out gastric band and am fighting the fight ...... i think the support here is invaluable ...together WE CAN x x x x x
