Haven't been here for ages!

I am so sorry that I didn't respond to your welcome messages. :sigh: No excuses other than not bookmarking the site!
Anyway, I am slowly losing weight but it is very slow. I have had one fill and am due for another on the 12th December in London. I feel like I have some restriction and sometimes things do get stuck but I feel like I need more, especially before Christmas. I am down about 2 stone 7 lbs but I think it should be more so I need to rethink my eating and look to reduce my calorie intake even more.
I'm back at the gym doing more classes and some toning work but I think I need even more exercise to get my metabolism moving. I would appreciate any advice that other banders can give. Does anyone know of recipe ideas that they would share with me?
