whats your next target and why

My target is to improve my health by loosing my excess weight. I will be happy when I can control my insulin with diet not pills. When I can get my bp taken with a normal cuff and be told I have a normal bp, I will jump for joy.

Why? because I want to live a normal, healthy life that includes children that I will have the energy to chase and a husband I can grow really old with!
 
I want to be overweight :giggle: in a BMI sense, instead of obese. So BMI 29.9 will do me!
 
my next target is to remove the 2 stone ive regained in 12 months, i get my 1st fill in my new band on december 4th.

when ive acheived that i will be happy at that weight, as i was previously.

My target is to get to a lower weight than 14 stone 10lb.

Why? Because I got down to this weight 5 years ago and can never remember being lighter than that! To get to 14 stone 9lb's I have 2 stone and 4lb's to go! First fill Tuesday, lets get going!!
 
My next target: to lose a wee bit more & get pregnant ...
Why ... to sustain & finally (hopefully!) have the healthy pregnancy for my longed for baby
 
I want to of lost 6 stone by xmas.

or even better lost 12lb before xmas then I have to lose under 100lb.

I would have to say that losing the next 6 -12 pounds is my current goal - the reason being that i have been yo=yoing in this weight range for a while and sick of being in this range. I can't wait to get the next 6 pounds off because that will make it a 3 stone loss since I had my band fitted in July, and the 12 pounds will take me into the next weight category. I hope to get the 6 pounds off by christmas, which I dont think is unrealistic, as that is 1 pound a week for the next 6 weeks. Maybe the 12 pounds by February, I don't want to put myself under too much pressure especially with christmas round the corner.

Its been interesting seeing everyone else's next target. A shorter goal for me is to run for 8 minutes on the treadmill this week. I am up to 7 1/2 minutes, so should be able to do the 8 this week:eek:

My first real goal is to get under the 20 stone mark....I have a way to go but hopefully the fill tomorrow (under xray) will help get a little more restriction than I currently have.

Also I want to get my fitness up so I am going to make sure I do 30 mins every two days of some kind of excercise. I am now at the point where I have to get the heart a pumping....
 
Hi all, my first target is to get to 12 stone 8lb as I reached this last time I went to weight watchers and is slimmest I`ve been pre children ( 5 years ago ). This means I have 2 stone 5lb to go. I`d like to get to about 9 stone eventually mb 81/2 but I know its gonna take some time.
I`d like another baby but would like a cute baby bump and for people to notice I`m actually pregnant and not just " even fatter "
 
Same as Nic for me, ideally to lose 6 stone by Xmas!!
I'm keeping everything crossed!
 
To loose 8 more stone, join the gym and improve my fittness and regain some muscle tissue then find a girlfriend and get on with life...........

My goal is also to get pregnant. I feel like this is becoming achievable because I've just celebrated 2 normal cycles which is totally unusual for me! Hurrah!
