So as a "fatty" starting out on the WLS trek I said I would be happy doing 90 mins of exercise each week OMG I did 458 mins last week and am coping with 60 mins each day walking or low impact aerobics. I also reviewed the original report the Bariatric Nurse wrote when I first saw the team - quoting me saying that I was sure loosing a couple of stone would make a difference and all I wanted to do was occasionally walk the dog! Now I have nearly lost ten stone and the dog hides (being an old *****!) in fear of being walked yet again. Pre-oppers take note and take heart those small steps you think you will take can and will be massive!:eek::eek::eek::8855::8855::8855:

It's fab to have so much energy isn't it? i just can't sit still most of the time, walk everywhere and have become adventurous. have even been Adrenelin Tubing !
