which is best slim fast or atkins

hiya can u advice me need to kick start my weight loss which is best slim fast or atkins any advice would be greatful im feeling sluggish and sick of lettuce xx

Can't really advise you from a personal point of view but I'd opt for slimfast every time as I love the ready made ones xx

depends on if your a meat/cheese/egg lover or not. i'm always in favour of atkins, it's the only one that ever worked for me.
you could always do one week atkins then one week slim fast
good luck what ever you do.

I would personally go for the slim fast/celebrity slim way, ready made and a no brainer, feel hungrey grab a packet/shake....... I always use the celebrity slim shakes and soups too yum P

I did Slimfast matey, its easier like others have said, grab a bottle and go, but its up to you really wether a drink is enuf?? Hope you are hanging in there Sue, Your turn will come around soon......Oh and I am hopefull to get to meet you one day as well!!

Atkins for me as well would rather have bacon and eggs than a skanky milky drink lol
