Nightie or Jim jams? Which is best?

Nightie. Pj's are a pain with inflatable booties!

I had Pjs. Felt comfy and kept what was left of my dignity intact. Incisions were no where near my waist, so didn't rub at all. I didn't keep the anti-embolism booties on for longer than the first 4 hours, lol. I kept getting up and walking around, so there was no point.

Inflatable booties?

They inflate & deflate through out the night, its a precaution against dvt
your best going the toilet before you put them on for the night as they are abit cumbersome to get on & off when you need the toilet in the early hours !!!

Ive never heard of them before - thanks for the tip :)

How far do these booties go up the leg?

Just below knee

Thanks hun :)

I hate nighties. I'm a restless sleeper and end up resembling a sausage roll when I do :p. so now im going to make my pj bottoms into shorts :D... That'll scare the neighbours!

I wore Pyjamas but they were an extra size bigger from evans, so I could literally pull them up to below my boobs and they didnt cut into where my wounds were. I sound very dignified!
