Disappointed there in Charing Cross Tracey. I haven't got any complaints myself but this is definitely not on. I wonder were you in the pre op assessment with me?
I know Olbers is only in the country a couple of weeks at the most per month, but they do have other surgeons. Although I would highly recommend sticking with Olbers.
Fingers crossed you get this all sorted soon!!
Have you been speaking to Sarah at all? I found I could communicate much better with her than with Karen.

Poor thing, you are the only one I have heard of being postponed from CX its a shame as they are usually very good. Im sure there is a proper decent reason for it. Hope you get a new date soon, I would have a moan to er I forget her name, the woman who sorts appointments/dates etc see what she says, she might be able to make sure its not you that gets bumped next time. x
