Funny I don't remember the weeks flying by so quickly when I was on the waiting list! They're a blurr they go so fast these days. Had a good week and am delighted to have now lost...

since my heaviest. Maybe a few pounds more in truth because I was actually too heavy for my scales lol.
Can't believe that was me, and that it really wasn't so long ago. I'm so much healthier now, and life is good !!
