It is wonderful when get told that isn't, especially when its your Dietitian telling that rather than a jealous work colleague.

I have been in maintenance mode for a couple of months now and its just fantastic no longer being over weight, for the first time in most of my life as well, shame its two thirds over by the time I got there though. Still they won't need so many of the to carry my box I suppose.
