Thought I'd share some before and now pictures. I still have a long way to go but I feel great and yes, I don't look too sloppy right now either, LOL.

Before:-

This was taken in Florida Aug 2010 (23st 6lbs)

Summer 2009 - London skyride, the fat lady on the bike, but we had a great day.

October 2010 - on the milk diet - about 1 week pre-op

New years eve 2009 - waiting for surgery

and now 11 weeks post op:-

3rd Jan 2011 - 11 weeks post op

New years eve 2010 - 5st 5lb(ish) down

Christmas day 2010

I know I've still got a way to go, infact, Im just half way, but I feel great and am loving watching a new more confident me emerge.
